• We do not test products. We do not buy, take or lab-test supplements, and we do not publish personal results or customer testimonials.
• We rely on public health agencies for science. Our main sources are the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements, NCCIH, MedlinePlus, Mayo Clinic, the CDC and the FDA.
• We say what we could not verify. If an official page leaves out ingredients, form or prices, we say so instead of filling the gap.
